  This was a small, family run guest house. Stephanie, the proprietor, was an extremely kind and helpful hostess. My room was bright and clean with a comfortable bed. Stephanie's breakfasts were cooked to order. Her sausages were the best I've ever tasted. The stay was tremendous value for money. Well worth it to make a visit here as Wigtown is Scotland's na - The quality and size of the room was very good value. The service was excellent - I was even welcomed with a complimentary tea and cake.The breakfasts were very tasty and generous & the evening meal I had in my room was superb value. Great location overlooking the town square. The town itself is very pretty and definitely worth a visit. I would not hesitate to return and can thoroughly recommend it.
