We stayed here for one night as a last minute 'before we have to go back to work after two weeks off !' trip away and, as usual, we needed somewhere Dog friendly to stay with Gypsy the well travelled Lurcher ! We happened upon the Seacrest by pure chance and we are glad we did. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were all treated in a very friendly, welcoming manner and nothing was too much trouble. We had never stayed in a guesthouse/B & B before and were anxious as to what to expect. We were greeted by Andy who checked us in and showed us to our room. We had room 8 which is one of the attic rooms. Would definitely recommend this room if you don't mind the 3 flights of stairs. We had a lovely view over the town and the Abbey. We had booked a double but we had two single beds pushed together. I normally really don't like this but you couldn't even feel the gap. The bed and pillows were - Ray

Just got back from a stay at the Seacrest Hotel, we enjoyed our weekend enormously, only sorry we couldn't have stayed longer Andy & Alison the owners were extremely friendly from the start. The rooms were well cleaned, warm & adequate for our needs. Generous portions for breakfast included the full works and cooked to perfection by Andy while Alison along with a great personality made sure we had plenty tea coffee & toast unlike some hotels where you get one pot of tea and thats i - David
