  Everything! The couple who own the Hotel made me feel very welcome. The Hotel is lovely, my room was immaculate and breakfast was great. Its in a fantastic location for the Torbay area and walking distance from Torre station.   We loved Exton House from the minute I rang the door bell the welcome was so friendly . I felt like we had known them both for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was purrfect for us. A nice big window to sit by and relax in the evening I liked the way they let me use their computer to catch up with my news back home. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had recently been refurbished - it was lovely. The house is in a great location for Torquay and near to Cockington Country Park. The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be booking again.

  A very warm welcome. Would stay again and tell family and friends howgood it was. The breakfast was very good. Paul and lorraine made youfill right at home - Lovely friendly couple running the hotel. Good facilities. 5 minutes walk from the Riviera Leisure Centre where I was attending a function.
