  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  This B&B is by far the warmest and most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed! I was greeted with a friendly welcome from the owners and a cosy warm log fire in the background. The rooms are large, very clean and have a lovely rustic feel to them. In the morning I was offered a range of breakfast from fruit to cereal to hot cooked food and agai... wat mensen zeggen » n the lovely hot log fire in the background! The grounds around the B&B are spacious and beautiful. I loved this B&B so much I am now booking - David offered to drive me to the local pub and collect me when I had finished because I had been driving in thick fog in the dark and was nervous of going out in it again (and I needed some dinner). I settled on staying put and he kindly made me a sandwich to keep me going until my lovely breakfast the following morning. Thanks David x

  The staff were very friendly and made you feel very special, the food was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the suffolk coast. We would not hesitate to return in the future. - Meals were excellent and staff very helpful and attentive.

  A friendly welcome and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean with a very nice bathroom featuring an excellent rainforest shower. The village is delightful and set amongst lovely countryside. It was a fine morning and we had breakfast outside on the sunny patio surrounded by flowers.
