We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. I am sure if there is any issue, he would be there to help out! Very good service!!! Enjoyed Alba House from the start with a lovely and informative introduction from Bolbo (am sure I've misspelled his name). Very clean and large for an adult family of three and the location made it easy to get around by walking or public transportation. We ran into places which placed restrictions on when you could arrive for breakfast but the Alba House didn't impose any of those which helped us get an early start.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.

The room was spacious and well furnished. We had a street facing room but the noise wasn't bad at all. You are given keys to the front door and your room on arrival so you aren't restricted by times. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay (and remained so even though we had a blip).
