  Guy and Claire are a very friendly couple who will do what they can to make your stay an enjoyable one however long it is for. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed we had was a queen size and was very comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee to be had in the room. All in all we had a very cheap and enjoyable stay. - We were very impressed with everything about this B&B. The rooms were spotless everyday, the breakfast facilities were great, very near to beaches, cafes, and local bus & train stations. We wanted a relaxed few days away and we got exactly that thanks to our hosts hospitality. Definitely be returning.

We were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and views across the bay were great. Shanklin village is a short easy walk away, as is the beach and seafront.

  The shower was lovely and powerful and the bathrooms very clean and well-stocked as we forgot shower gel! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home! And the style of the rooms made it feel special and cosy, at a great price. I would definitely stay there again. - The food was absolutely incredible. It is quite rare to have such consistently good pub food - every meal was absolutely delicious! We didn't eat anywhere else. The room was incredibly cosy - with an extremely comfortable bed.

The various lounge areas felt particularly relaxing and makes it very easy to socialise with the other guests or find a more secluded area if one so desired. We loved the breakfasts. Some day I would like to stay at this hotel again. - We were offered an upgrade on arrival to a premium room at a attractive price that was well worth it as the room was my larger and had a very comfy sofa. Staff were very friendly and wanted to help. Location was very good and only a short drive to the beech, easily walkable but would be uphill on way back. Will stay again if we go back to the Isle of Wight.
