  A very pleasant surprise, Simon and Susan are fantastic hosts from themoment you arrive to when you leave. They ensure that you are made tofeel welcome and make the time to informing you of the localsurroundings (you are even given a map of the local town on arrival) andare on hand to assist with any advice. The decor was great, food perfectand it ... wat mensen zeggen » was incredably clean - faultless!! - Simon, the owner and his wife whose name eludes me, were extremely helpful in ensuring that my stay at Camilla house was enjoyable and restful. I found my four night stay there one of the most pleasant short breaks that I have taken in a long time. Everything was perfect.

  The welcome we received on arrival was excellent the breakfast was plentlfull and good (including the scrambled egg)a parking spot was provided although it did not come with room package,Many thanks to Bev and Ian for making our stay a pleasant one - The Hollies was beautifully situated. The breakfast was very tasty too! - Great location, within walking distance of town and beaches, good location for visiting the university. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.   We had a great stay at the Duke of Cornwall. The rooms were lovely. We had a seperate toilet but that didn't cause any problems. After my mum became ill and had to go to hospital Debbie and Karen couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was good. We weren't so keen on the location but it was great to get to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens ... wat mensen zeggen » of Heligan. The 'beer garden' was absolutely gorgeous. Debbie and Karen are keen gardeners and have created a beautiful space outside to sit and enjoy - Enjoyed the friendly relaxed staff & local character customers who add to the authentic feel of this well organised business. Both the tenants share the cooking two very charming ladies, who are eager and have a large menu choice. Use of local ingredient's such as Beef that is hung before use , great flavour. Large portions. Room was clean and great value good quality bed linen and a mattress for the price it was value for money. Well kept garden area.

  Everything. Cool decor, kind, caring, genuine owners. Don't stay anywhere else!!! I especially liked that they didn't have Sky TV, or anything like that to take away from the beautiful setting.   The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   Me and my family stayed in a family room which had ample room and space for clothes and 3 of us. My daughter loved the freeview flat screen tv, and we all thought the staff were vary nice and polite. Also the full english breakfast was great. - The staff were all very friendly, helpfully and polite. The rooms were a lovely size, very warm and clean... wat mensen zeggen » . The bar and restaurant were great value for money, the food was delicious, we didn't have one bad meal. A most enjoyable stay.
