There is nothing to dislike about the Fox and Goose. Our hosts and staff were all very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food and welcome were excellent at the Fox and Goose. An old pub that has charm and quality in abundance. It is rustic and old downstairs in the bar/restaurant area but fully modernised and beautiful upstairs in the accommodation. Our room was up there as one of the best we have stayed in. The breakfast was something else... totally unexpected and will be difficult to find elsewhere (you must try the bacon!!) 10/10 in all areas.
