The location is superbe, with magnificent views from our room, the dining room, lounge and terrace. The staff were most attentive and helpful, and we enjoyed the food. Lynton is a great base to explore Exmoor,and the hotel is easy to find and beautifully placed to walk the towns of Lynton and Lynmouth. -

The location was perfect with everything on our doorstep, we parked the car in their car park(added bonus) and did not need to drive again till we left.
Caroline and Alan great hosts with a very welcome tray of tea when we arrived and great breakfast. Longmead is a beautiful house that is full of warmth and character. Would definately stay there again.

We went to Lynton to relax from our busy life in London. The landscape is breath taking and the contact with nature amazing. Never before we have met such a wonderful couple, who are so dedicated to make their guest house the most wonderful place in Devon as Alistair and Emma. The owners Emma and Alistair are really lovely. They are most welcoming, helpful and kind. The setting is delightful.The breakfast was great, a range of very tasty choices.There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby, lots of charming walks and the town is most attractive. It is a great place to stay. We will certainly return and recommend it to others.

The owners were so so so so helpful,kind,child friendly and informative. It was my husbands 30th birthday while we were away and they made him a cake free of charge! They were extremely welcoming as we had a 18month old son, provided a cot and a highchair! We felt so at home and so well looked after throughout our whole stay-we really didnt want

A truly fabulous find! The staff and setting at Wilsham farm were
wonderful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a superior king room
which included a sitting room and four poster bed. It was spotless
and decorated in tasteful elegance. The views were spectacular and
we thoroughly enjoyed 2 days of walking right on the doorstep. I
would recommend Wilsham in a heartbeat. Our favourite B&B in the
uk thus far!

Excellent, spacious room (no.2), spotlessly clean and neatly furnished. Excellent food. Lovely lounge, dining room and breakfast room. Wonderful views on the sea shore and cliffs below at Lynmouth Bay. Caring, considerate Kate, the hotel owner! Faultless! Thoroughly recommend.
