We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The views from the apartment (9th floor) are spectacular which provided an added bonus! Tip for taxi users - we used a local cab company (Carrot Cars) to go from the apartment to Euston station at a very reasonable rate (£21) that was quoted on booking and didn't change despite long delays due to traffic congestion - and it was nearly 30% cheaper than the b

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.
