Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.
The reception is available on Mondays to Fridays from 8 to 5 so you'll have to wait till it's opened for inquiries or requests. Cleanliness in the kitchen wasn't so great. The pots and wine glasses were not washed properly and the freezer was filled with half melted ice cubes (out of tray). The milk frother has some dried crust on it. I don't know if it was a busy day for the cleaner so such things were overlooked.

The rooms are perferctly sized with perfect facilities. the location of the hotel is also perfect a couple of minutes walk from tube station.
Located close to underground station, surrounded by buses lines, Tesco (very good) supermarket, new building which mean new facilities.
Be aware with room #11. There’s no fridge, only a cooler for small things, therefore I do not recommend for self-catering, and, the internet signal is so weak that the connection would frequently drop.

Perfect location - the receptionist is very efficient and friendly - nothing wast too much trouble,.Proximity to the Tube station, shops and restaurants was excellent. Lovely room - full credit to cleaners - our apartment sparkled and washing/drying facilities was definately a bonus. Would recommend this lovely apartment - a great place to stay.
very near to the tube and availabel from the London Heathrow Airport with the picadily line - that station has a lift for our bags. Supermarkets nearby. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day.
our room was over a car-parking....and we could smell the cars and the cigarets smok!!! fridge too small, like a minibar.

no drawers/storage for clothing and toiletries except for medicine cabinet. no towel bar for hand towel; ie. very "designer" but not so "practical". A/C was not very effective but weather was unusually warm for London.
The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photographs, clean and well designed. The outdoor terrace attached to the ground floor apartments was a real bonus.
Reception is only open from 8:30am to 5pm. This caused a problem when my key card didn't work on returning from dinner, which lead to a number of phone calls and a trip to the next door hotel to ask for assistance!

Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Having a kitchen at hand means being able to keep your costs down with regard to eating, which is nice. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charge our phones when picking them up. High level of hospitality. Much recommended!

The studio was really great value for money. Clean, specious, well equiped, very quite and the staff were very helpful and feindly. Earls court tube station and lots of coffe shops and resturants are very close by.

Towels and sheets are changed only once a week could be done more frequently.

once a week housekeeping and it was not to the standard, the floor was not thoroughly cleaned, however they said they can do it daily at an extra cost. another thing there was 5 steps at the entrance without a ramp, it was difficult to leave and come back with baby stroller, it was not a major issue for us but for people with disability I think it will be impossible to get inside the building
Location was perfect on a very quiet safe side street, though 5 minute walk to the earls court underground station ... Very clean and neat with everything we needed including coffee maker, iron and Internet.

I had a wonderful 2 weeks stay. I stayed at a nice spacious suite. The staff are wonderful and I enjoyed the free internet as well. I highly recommend the place.
I wish there were more than once weekly cleaning service.
