The loveliest and most helpful staff. Beautiful designed rooms and a hotel in very nice surroundings. Johnny Depp and Kate Moss belong to their regular customers. At breakfast there was no problem getting gluten free bread which was good. just gorgeous. fabulous room ,great location. lovely attention to detail. we loved it . particularly liked the access to the stunning gardens , very peaceful and beautiful in the sunshine. hope to stay again.
alle beoordelingen » We had a lovely romantic evening. The hotel had an old antique feel, different to the modern equivalent. We found to hotel very quite, which was good for us. Good location in Nottingham Hill. A magnificent experience, all around. Very friendly people, really beautifull room. Overall, better than I expected, allthough I expected a lot!. The staff was superb: Hannah, Katherine, Gloria, Alexandria (I know I left out some people, but all were wonderful) Also liked the location. The linens are luxurious; the beds are comfortable; the shower is powerful! And the breakfast is nice. Beautiful, elegant rooms, friendly & helpful staff. The location, the bed, the attitude of the staff. Very individual, private and great location. Everything ... 5 stars!. Helpful staff. Clever use of small space. Attractive room in spite f being shoehorned into an attic!. Real milk in the fridge. the location. The lift was closed du to service so we had to take the smallest stairs ever to reach the top floor where we stayed. The room was also quite warm but nothing an open window couldn't solve and the street outside was very quiet so we didn't mind. The bathroom was quite small but since the room had a moroccan theme the beautiful bathtub in the room was quite fitting! :). nothing really. but for the cost . would have liked English breakfast to be included. although continental was very nice !. I was lucky to get an unexpected free upgrade, so my room was a good size. The smaller rooms are small. The hotel felt a bit cramped, which didn't matter to us, but it might if you have small children. The price is too high. Little pricey. The hotel was a bit out of the way for us. Nothing. Lift was out of order. Very small bathroom. Having to work out how to plug the TV in on arrival at midnight. Ditto working out lighting. Room was cold even with ehater on. Room was very noisy - you could here everyone walking past and up and down the stairs and people talking. Tv was poor also. Overall the whole place is like a bed and breakfast which you would expect to pay around £20 to £30 per night for a room. no wi-fi for 4 days waited 45mn for breakfast and had to leave without it breakfast included but nobody told us only continental so we had to pay huge extras for scrambled eggs, yogurt and fruits.
