  The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun ... wat mensen zeggen » by tourists even though it is short walk from the V&A and Hyde Park etc. - staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything. Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds. The rooms were really nicely appointed and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.   My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having. More than needed. When we returned in the evening our beds had been turned down and handmade chocs put in our room. Cant wait to go back thankyou - A... wat mensen zeggen » mazing place.   Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Restaurants we visited: Sporano's is a very good restaurant if you like Italian food besides pizza and - We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. The rooms are typical London size, small, but very nice. The towels in the bathroom were incredible... wat mensen zeggen » - huge and fluffy! Having the use of the iPad to place room service orders made it very nice to avoid early morning calls. I had dinner at the restau - Lovely hotel. Fine hospitality, pleasant, helpful staff; beautiful, quiet room; comfortable bed with luxurious bedding; good amenities; soft, thick towels and robe. Very clean with a modern but warm ambiance. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining. Convenient location for underground (short walk to Earl's Court) and some major cultural and other sights.
