We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive
ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils are apparatus for someone who wished to stay in and cook.
The location in relation to the tube and London / Tower bridges was excellent. -
The location was very good. The staff was friendly. The house was ok but nothing compared to apartments of Bridgestreet which are in the same price range.

Prima kamer en lekker bed. Heerlijk ontbijtje. Zeer vriendelijk enhulpvaardig personeel uit alle windstreken. Leuke ligging in een wijkdie aan het opkomen is. All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti -
We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
