Verbouwing naast het hotel was niet merkbaar in het hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers alles lekker ruim. Omgeving is ook erg mooi, vooral als je in de avond over de Tower Bridge loopt richting het hotel.

We upgraded to executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm and 6pm on both nights. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.   All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

  We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years. The staff are very helpful and efficient, making our stay a pleasure. Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
