yourself continental breakfast was nice with cheese, cold cuts, cereal
etc. Just make sure to call ahead to let them know if you will be arriving--

Great room, beautifully decorated. Whole place is gorgeous looking and feels very loved. Very easy to get the bus in and out of Belfast. Amazing detail and everything has been thought out with care and attention. Couldnt believe that i could also get gluten free breakfast and cakes. The tea rooms are worth a visit on thier own as they are so beautiful, and the conterence room is a must see. The hotel is run by the most wonderful couple and i can not wait to return thanks for a welcome stay.

The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.

The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Nieuw, goede ligging, praktisch , geheel zelfstandig - the appartment was beautiful we were all really impressed and wish we were staying longer! staff were very friendly and helpful even helping us to print off our boarding passes for our journey home. location was perfect as we were going to a concert at kings hall which is also on lisburn road.

We decided to book the beechlawn for an overnight stay after a night at the dog track. I have to say My wife and I were impressed as it was not like the chain hotels (go in the lift out into a corridor and your room was on the right) No the hotel had a bit of charm and space a lovely seated area outside the room and good space in the room to relax

Excellent food when i ate in. Breakfasts brilliant.
Overall very stress free for a business trip. A great place to relax after a hard day.

Kevin, the owner, and his wife were wonderful. Kevin, with his Irish
accent, gave us a great tour of Belfast as he drove us to the BnB. Made
us know we were in Ireland! Our family of 4 had an ensuite room. Beds
were comfy, bathroom adequate, quiet location; breakfast was served by

to the center of town, but we enjoyed the walk. -
The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.
