  The location of the LSE is fantastic. The rooms, whilst basic, were of a very good size for Central London, and the hotel was quiet. Overall the price of this hotel, given its location and size of rooms was excellent value. highly recommended. Great to be situated close to reception. Very close to theatres so I didn't have to rush for the train home after the performance. Staff were lovely especially Jo. Informal and homely. Spotless. Great to have kitchen to reduce cost of eating in London.

  Easy check in/out. We stayed on unit 242. This was a large but very well mainteined modern apartment complex, with well designed and well equipped kitchen. It had very good mattress and fresh white bedding. All the furniture looked new. There is an underground station right across the street.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
