We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and
located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay.
So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of
personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests
themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not
to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the
