Having an apartment after 4 hotel rooms was great. The design and finish of the whole building was excellent as was the location. Although virtually in the center of Harrogate it was very quiet with a beautiful park in front. Getting out of the town was very easy from this location too. I would highly recommend the apartments. It's a stylish, new, well positioned studios near the Valley Gardens - perfect for keeping children entertained. The owner is very personable and helpful. It's super close to local amenities - supermarkets, bakery, etc and fantastic restaurants.
alle beoordelingen » lovely location over looking the park, beautiful old builiding with all mod cons, great having a dishwasher and very comfortable beds, lots of tea and coffee available. Free parking with the permit supplied. The appartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. Teabags were on hand and there was milk in the fridge- a nice touch after a long journey. The facilities were excellent, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, even tea, coffee, sugar and milk for a drink on arrival. Excellent situation in the centre of Harrogate. Quiet, modern, very clean and well kitted out. Nice balcony with a view of Valley Park. An ideal central location for all of the Harrogate amenities. This is an excellent and well equipped comfortable apartment. The crisp modern design of the apartment and all the facilities E.g dishwasher . The apartment had the feel of quality. beautiful apartment with high-end furnishings and appliances, good location near city centre, shops, pubs and parks. The flat was well furnished and clean. The rooms were smaller than expected. It made it difficult to accommodate even a travel cot at the bottom of the bed in the master bedroom. too many stairs for my mum who is 75 and has mild COPD, we had to go down stairs for the bathroom, if our apartment was on one level it would have made it easier for her. Difficult to open the main door to the building, needed a good shoulder push to get in. Nothing. Small parking space, quite a few flights of stairs to the apartment. Very disappointed that although advertised as satellite television there was no Sky Sports. Also the lounge seating area was not really comfortable for three people although a three person apartment. heating was inadequate - temperature never got above 19 C even with thermostat set to 23 C. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. There are a lot of steps to negotiate as the flat is on the top floor and whilst this was okay for us, it may not be for someone with mobility issues. The booking agent sent us the wrong apartment details so we tried to get in to the wrong one when we arrived! The owner called us back straight away and got it sorted but we could have done without the hassle. Shower needs a bit of attention. Taps in the bathroom could have been a bit less designer and a bit more straightforward. the stairs and the hill up to the apartments but not bad really, im just lazy!. That we had to climb lots of stairs with a heavy suit case - lift would have been brilliant as we were on the top floor. Nothing. The double bed is two singles zipped up which was a bit annoying but that was the only complaint. Everything else was great!. Settees not that comfortable. front door impossible to unlock. a resident of another apartment had to open it for us on first visit. we used back door after that, did spoil our visit somewhat as we could only use back door. other residents told us it needed 'a really good shove'.
