  The reception staff were 1st class, bubbly friendly and so helpful especially Brogan. Nothing was any trouble for her. We will definatley be back for another relaxing evening away from the children.   The hotel is in a very old building so the bedrooms are differently shaped and there is a bit of atmosphere. However, the rooms are new and modern with good TVs and reception. We were upstairs in the eaves with a pleasant view. It was very quiet and peaceful and the beds were firm and comfortable. The hotel is in a peasant setting next to Epping F... wat mensen zeggen » orest, but is easily reached by foot from Chingford Station. The drinks and meals in the downstairs restaurant were excellent value for money. The sta - It was very clean and the staff were very polite and everytime we enter the door there was a member of staff smiling. Very helpful and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make our stay happy. Loved the way the bar was just a footstep away from the room. All the staff that we saw on our two night stay are doing a great job. Keep it up :) We wil be back to chingford.
