  Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk - At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My room was very nice, clean and well presented. Nice large screen TV with freeview so plenty of channels to... wat mensen zeggen » choose from. I was able to use my wireless laptop (via BT openzone) which was useful. My only criticism is that there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. - Professional flexible and helpful staff, who made organising our stay(which included a funeral 'reception') easy and stress-free. Good menufor borh breakfast and evening meal.

  This was the 2nd occasion that we have stayed at the Hotel and we really enjoyed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hogarths. - The hotel is so relaxing and has a lovely set up. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

  We arrived about 5ish to receive a very warm and friendly welcome from Sheila the receptionist, she was very helpful and it was a pleasant change to have someone so friendly greet you. the room was very clean and our 13yr old son was very impressed to have his own single bed ready made up for him in our room and not the sofa which he thought he w... wat mensen zeggen » as sleeping on. After a very tiring day walking around the NEC we were directed to the Barn Beefeater restaurant/pub next door, where we enjoyed a lov - Plenty of car parking space. The room was large and fully functional - very clean. Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous. Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery. The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb.

  Great greeting from staff although pub very busy. Helpful and polite staff all round. Super setting by canal. Small but perfectly formed single room with everything you could need. Bathroom VERY small but manageable. Good clear information in the room. Room was spotless. Average continental breakfast served by very pleasant young lady.   I picked Eden House because it was close to a conference hotel I was attending that I couldn't afford to stay in - and I'm very glad I did because I had a much more enjoyable time than my colleagues, and a brisk morning walk to set me up for the day. I was welcomed and looked after through my two day visit with immense friendliness and interest. The breakfast was superb - the couple that run the hotel were friendly and welcoming without being over the top, the hotel is kept to a very high standard and was perfect for the needs of our trip to the city. breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day ahead. the room was comfortable and funtional without being fussy and the hospitality tray was well stocked, the bed was one of the best i have slept in.
