Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. -
This must be the best value guest house in Blackpool. Personal, friendly attention that makes you feel like one of the family.

The staff were a friendly couple of men but lacked a little on personal appearance, they refuse stag/hen parties so you can be sure of a safe family b&b. the location is within 1 min of funny girls, 4 min to see front, 10 min to tower. They went all out to make us feel welcome n put a mini disco on for the 5 people in that night. Very pleasant

Great Place To Stay. Went on spec checked other guest houses but nowhere near as clean and modern like Number 42. Ann the owner and her lovely mother made our stay great. The breakfast was very good. On arrival greeted by Ann the owner with tea and home made cake.
Made to feel at home, room first class everything you could need.
Breakfast was to die for, great variety buffet and full English,
Ann was a great host as was Mum would stay again.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to vist Blackpool.

I liked the location of the hotel and amazed as to how quiet and peacefull the room was considering it was situated between two busy roads. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom spotlessley clean. -
