  One of the best places I've ever stayed in; clean, well equipped, comfortable and very close to Aldgate East tube station (in fact I recommend you access it from there and not from Liverpool Street as it's a bit of a trek from there). The swipe card system worked perfectly and there's wifi (although you do have to sign up to a student website to g... wat mensen zeggen » et it). There were even toiletries in the bathroom and a plate of tea, coffee and biscuits in the kitchen area. Also washing up liquid, tea-towel, bat - Its really important you print out your confirmation. You need the door code to get into the building and safe code to get your room Key.The apartment is really clean, large and the kitchen is handy. The apartment comes with everything you need including shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron etc. The bed is comfy. The tube is a few minutes walk from the entrance and Tesco express is in the middle which is handy for supplies

  The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The hand made bed was awesome (spend money on your bed and shoes as if you're not in one you're in the other). The choice of lighting in the room was ... wat mensen zeggen » good also. The "rain" shower was very pleasant too. The reception area was well structured with seating and lighting and we spent a few hours there - - Friendly and helpful staff - Free breakfast bag (juice, apple and a bar) hanging on your door every morning - Clean room with a very comfy bed and a nice rain shower: what more do u need? - Close to tube & vibrant/multicultural/trendy Brick Lane with all its different shops/restaurants/bars/markets. Plenty of places to eat, and local shops to buy groceries and such.   We had a wonderful stay in these apartments. The representative who met us was very pleasant and ensured any questions he had were answered. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and more! We loved the contemporary Decor. The apartment was light & bright and in an excellent location. All communication I have... wat mensen zeggen » had with Portland Brown staff has been very positive and all staff were professional, polite and ensured I had no unanswered questions. I wouldn't he - Our stay at the apartments was wonderful in all aspects. The Tower Hill staff upgraded our booking and gave us a better apartment. Location was perfect and the apartment facilities too. In addition the staff was very helpful. We would book again at the apartments without doubt.
