  The old city of Mardin ended up being one of the best places we visited in Turkey and the hotel likewise one of the best we stayed in. It is ideally located both to explore Mardin and for its views over the Mesopotamian plain below. We stayed in a deluxe double room, 207 and it was terrific. It had a balcony which was lovely to sit on and just en... wat mensen zeggen » joy the view and justified the extra cost on its own. The bathroom was probably the best we had in our time in Turkey. The large showerhead and spacio - The hotel is situated in Mardin town centre. From several rooms, terraces and the breakfast room there are great views over Mesopotamia. Rooms are spacious, very clean, good bath rooms, heating, TV, WiFi and some have a balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was helpfull and could speak English or German. The hotel offers a car with an experienced driver for 60 Euros a day plus fuel and lunch for the driver. We strongly recommed to use this service as it is difficult for foreigners

  Everything. Especially the service - Feyzullah at the front desk was already helping me with excellent directions to the hotel before I left for Urfa, and throughout my 3 day stay. The hotel is located next to biggest mall I have seen in Turkey - the Piazza. It is easy to commute by local bus between the hotel and Otogar. Number of local restaura - We liked everything about this hotel , it is one of the few hotels I have ever stayed in , in over 40 years of travelling where every small detail about our stay was so well done .We were upgraded to a lovely suite , the place was spotless and well appointed the breakfast was outstanding as were other meals we had there .The staff always greeted us with a smile and the General Manager Mr Toprak made a point of asking us if he could help us in any way we just had to contact him. A great Hotel

  the staff was helpful and by our request they recomended a very nice Turkish restaurant ( beyaz Hann) for a good dinner. the location is very good - Good location. Short walk to the old town. Clean. Good breakfast and restaurant, bar area. Very nice rooms. Internet works well.

The hotel was at a central position, easy to reach by car and foot. - It was a grand hotel, clean and functional. Breakfast was fine. Room was larger and clean. Parking on the street. Helpful staff.
