Before I start I just want to say that the staff in this residence is beyond helpful. They are polite, always smiling and they speak good English.
A special shout out to the morning receptionist Mr. Fadi, as he was very helpful and provided transportation tips that saved me some money.

very central location, very friendly and helpful staff (they went out of our way to help us) spacious, clean, and comfortable room, very good service, decent breakfast, central location, excellent as "value for money", everything was above standard. They even arranged to pick us from the airport and transfer us to the hotel for a decent price. We would go there again and strongly recommend the place

The place is awersome! We stayed for 4 nights and we felt very good! At
the reception was permanently a person to give you the key and notice
who gets inside. The place was quiet and clean. We order food in our
room and the receptionist helped us to make the order. She also helped
us to find diffrent places in Istambul. The room was warm and the s

run hot water any time. It was a good place to do shopping, the place is
near by a big mall. -
Very friendly and hospitable staff, front desk even called me while en
route because I hadn't been able to receive their reply to me via
email. And went out of their way to serve us. Don't really know if I
should recommend this hotel because it is a jewel hidden :-) but cannot
keep it to myself. Few mins. Walk to Metro and all kind of local shops,
restaurants and food stores. Yummy. Will definitely come back again!

The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

This was my first trip with my children and the apartment was very
handy. It was fully equipped, clean and there was plenty of space. We
used the washing machine too!Saaduldin, in reception was very helpful.
He gave us places to visit and made our stay comfortable. The metro is
closeby, although we didnot use it. There is plenty of cafes and
restaurant within walking distances. The fish restaurant was the best. I
highly recommend this place for people who want to visit Istanbul and

2- موظف الاستقبال يتحدث اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة و يوجد كذلك موظف عربي يتحدث العربية.
3- يبعد خمس دقائق مشيا لأقرب محطة مترو.
4- يبعد من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة دقيقة مشيا و خمس دقائق بالسيارة لمجمع جواهر مول غربا أو ساحة تقسيم شرقا.
5- شكل الفندق الخارجي يبدو قديم لكن أثاث الفندق من الداخل جديد و نظيف و مرتب و أدوات المطبخ و غيرها مجهزة بالكامل.
