  Konak Hotel is the best - We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Istanbul. Friendly and always helping receptionists. Room was arranged every day. My 3 year old son was very comfortable. Room is ideal for couple with one kid. Located very close to Taksim and close to shopping street. Taxis come next to the door. Perfect value for money. - Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.

The comfortable calm room helped me relax, enjoy deep sleep and enjoy - I travelled with my wife across the Mediterranean for 5 weeks and this hotel stands out as one of the best valued and comfortable I stayed. It was close to Taksim, it was nice and clean. The staff were helpful, but I did not require much from them. I will stay here again next time I am in Istanbul, and I would highly recommend it to others.
