  It was a very very pleasant stay for me. The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent. I would like to thank specially to the whole staff who has been super gentile and helpful sincerely during all services. The position is perfect and very esthetic especiall - - luxury hotel with a long history and famous guests - rooms and services absolutely deserve 5 stars - staff is excellent- helpful and with good English - breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat it outside in the balcony with the panoramic view over the city - good location that not only gives you a good view of the city, but is also close to the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving) - just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see - great SPA with hot mine

  New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. - Amazing hotel. Great staff.   The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. - The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman Empire). Still working ))

  Location is close to kent shooping center. they have some connected rooms for family with kids. breakfast was good. Mr.khalil the hotel manager is helpfull He treated us with fruites when we compliend about the room. - 1.Location nearby Kent Mydani (Mall and shops are nearby). 2.Could be better if more cleaning , and maintainance done good.

  A very clean and well-designed hotel. Location is convenient for those coming by car. Very good breakfast. Expensive but high quality food in the restaurant. Most of the staff members and the female receptionists are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible.   A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great. the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. - Cleanliness, design, services, friendly staff, bu... wat mensen zeggen » dget-friendly are the least to describe this new hotel. It suites all categories of customers. I am really impressed with all the services that this hotel offered me. I shall certainly stay with my family at this hotel whenever we visit Bursa.

  Hotel Artıç (Pronounced "Ar-tuch", not "Artic" like the "Artic Circle"), is something of a faded 1970's gem in central Bursa. The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful. It is located across the street from the Ulu Cami, or "Great Mosque" of Bursa. The staff apologized, as they had many groups for a sporting event and a large party. The next room I got was at the back of the building a - Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful Location is very good.next to the old market place.restaurants.Grand mosque. (Ulu jame). Walking distance to the busses going up to the ski slope.(the telefric going up was out of order) - Hotel staff were excellent both friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel was in an excellent location near Ulu Mosque and covered market. Room was excellent as was the breakfast. İ highly recommend this hotel if travelling to Bursa.
