Excellent location - right in the heart of Phi Phi but away from the nighttime noise! 2 minute stroll to Ao Lo Dalum and the bars, cafes and restaurants that Phi Phi has to offer.
Comfortable room with A/C and balcony.

The rooms was big enough and comfy for a group of 3 friends. Clean, nothing to complain. And the location from the pier makes it easily accessible. Worth your money.
When my air conditioner failed in the room and we reported it to the representatives they immediately brought a fan which was so good of them . Thank U very much.

to the Phi Phi hotel (which didn't mind people using their pool).
Our room had a view of the hotel next door & the street below. Rooms
were pretty small, but the air cond worked - which really all that
mattered to me...! Easy enough to walk around the island to get
everywhere and plenty of places to eat out.
Clean and basic accommodations. Away from the noise and nightlife but not too far that you cannot easily walk. Super convenient for shopping and the pier. Felt safe because staff was always at the front desk. Good if you need a basic place to sleep while enjoying Phi Phi.
Right in the centre near the pier literally a place to sleep and that's it. Everything is expensive on phi phi over rated!.

A little dark walking home late at night, but no crazy stairs like some other places on the island. Super basic, bring your own toilet paper and toiletries. No internet in the rooms.
Air on as set at 24 so it is like a fan. I wouldn't stay again or even visit phi phi. The room was basic no hot water.

If you are going yo Phi phi for partying may be far from the main bar and club but Phi Phi is not a large island so you could access to the main attraction is 10min.
The bedding could have been cleaner.
I have ordered one month ago but when we arrived only give me two basement room. blanket and the bedclothes already change into yellow from white. and also many smudgy on it.
Everything in the room was broken. The air condition, the shower head and even the toilet handle. I cant recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

Shocking place, stay away. Nothing as advertised - no balcony, no mini bar, no cable tv, no restaurant on site even though they advertise all this. The oldest furniture I've ever seen. Bedding and towels as well.
