The hotel was rather new and the facilities were among the best I've ever had - definitely on par with other big names out there, at only a quarter of their price. Staff were very attentive, and the restaurant was top quality. Excellent location too, with the beach and the biggest shopping centre within walking distance. -

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. The Jang is now like coming back to family. We recently had a family holiday there and the staff were fantastic from looking after us all which was no mean task as we had four family groups two families with young babies. The staff upgraded our daughter with a young baby to the Jang room to help have a more pleasurable stay. Value for money with a great location and staff that are attentive is evident at the Jang.
