Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight. Staff were absolutely great and very accommodating, location was superb, close enough to everything but far enough to have peace and quiet, room was spotless and shower was excellent, balcony was rather small, but didn't need to spend much time out there anyway, especially with the roof top pool next door which is also supplied to guests from here, definetly staying there again

First and foremost, I love the staffs there. They are very friendly and very helpful. If you have any queries on anything, you can just as them and they will assist you as much as they could.
The second one, I love the location of the hotel. It's so strategic, making everywhere that I had plan to go just a walking distance away.
Thirdly, the hotel itself is just superb. I love the room as it is so comfy and clean.
