The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

Wij vonden het een heel fijn hotel. Het hotel is vrij nieuw en heeft een warme maar toch moderne uitstraling. Eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij en erg behulpzaam. Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

Amazing Hotel. Room and hotel lobby is excellently designed for comfort. Free Wifi and Breakfast! Hotel was very close walking distance to everything....Patong Beach, Bars, Shopping, even Hospital.
