They serve good breakfast! And of course they are strategically located - near Patong beach, Bangla rd, jungceylon mall and all other shops, massage places and restos. Great value for money! I'm coming back next time im in Phuket. What's more, the resto "Orange" next to it serves really good food at great prices too!
There was one receptionist who was rude. She was on the AM shift, didn't get her name though (maybe Jeane?).

Walking distance to all foods and bargain stall. Looking at the map it seem not very near to bangla rd and jungceylon BUT it less than 5mins. Quiet place unlike some with loud pub beside. It was a flood during the day I check out to airport, the staff was very helpful to give assistance.
On the day I check in, there are some sand on the bed. I guess the cleaners hand was not very clean at the point of housekeeping. Morning breakfast same food for all 3 morning.

Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes running the hotel more efficient.
We really enjoyed our days here. We stayed there for 4 days. We booked for standard room but the hotel free upgraded to superior room. The hotel was very closed to beach, mall & night life. The varieties of choices for breakfast for non-Muslim and for Muslim can enjoy the eggs & fruits. The staffs were very good. Free wi-fi in the room. Thanks to Poppa Palace Hotel. We'll surely can again.

-bad smell in the elevator. -bad smell in the room. -only one card provided for room and pay 200 baht insurance for another card. -100 dollar insurance paid in check in. -AC take time to cool the room. -the dog is always by the entrance. -very simple hotel.
the beaches bars many things to do and see phi phi island james bond phukett fantasy is a must see.
Its location is quite good, in between of the beach road and main road (about 7 - 10 mins walk to Jungceylon). It's located in a quiet place and also worth for money (cheap and clean). The staff/Chef? in the Restaurant was friendly. We were satisfied with the overall facility n service in the hotel.
Looks that Phuket have a bit issue on water drainage/circulation. It was a bit smelly when we walk thru the hotel side, towards the beach road, however it didn't bother us much.
The whole package was great.we have stayed here for the last to trips and will be back again next year .the staff formed a great bond with our 2 yr old son and made his stay as happy as ours.

We loved it! The staff were friendly right from our arrival, and we were always greeted with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a lot of variety. Our room was clean and the air-conditioning was very effective at beating the Thailand humidity. Mini-bar prices were cheaper than buying from the shops! We were so pleased with Poppa Palace and all its staff and will definitely be going back sometime, especially at such an exceptional price.

The Family Deluxe Room is excellent for a family with older children. The breakfast was good everyday, if you want bacon you just need to ask for it. Omelettes were great. The staff were so friendly and helpful and joked all the time with us. The massage parlour across the road was great. Laundry directly opposite is run by a lovely lady. Patong Corner restaurant is fabulous.
The pool wasn't cleaned and green algae was growing on the bottom of the pool. We mentioned this to staff but they seemed to think it was ok!!!!
Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location 5 min walk from beach, large shopping center and close to night life. In a back street, therefore quiet even close to nightlife and bars

Is very near to shopping mall which about 7mins walk for beach about 5 mins walk, counter staffs is very helpful and also I request for a birthday cake for my friend and is complimentary from the hotel.
For their housekeeping they have to work harder still not perfectly done on bedding.

Hotel quotes high rates for tours and programs, may be it is same with other hotels too. Its better to explore options through outside agents. Wifi, though free, is unstable.
Great location if you want to discover patong beach area. Every taxi and minibus driver knows this hotel, very accessible and relatively quiet. Staff was helpful and welcoming.
Reception ladies could be more welcoming with a little bit smile. They are more like cashiers. Hotel wifi was down causing inconvenience for our stay.

Staff was serve at 7am and all tours usually start at 7 am. We booked for 2 rooms insisted om giving us one room. When we didnt agree to their terms they gave 2 rooms which were very far from each other.
This is my 2nd time staying here, since then they had a new wing built and new bigger restaurant. I'm stayed in the deluxe double room at the new wing on the top floor, very big room with a balcony with some sea view,good cold AC also a fan in the room, nice pool you can actually swim, ok breakfast.
Wish the pool could close little bit later, rather then 7pm. Room little bit dark at night, need more lights.
The proximity to everything but tucked away in a quiet part of town.
Family room has 2 king sized beds not suitable if you have more than one child.
