I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!
