The items for breakfast are changed daily and we never got bored of the food even though we stayed for 4 days. There is a good spread of food for breakfast and yummy cheesecake was available. The staff are friendly and provide good advice on our destinations. The soft drinks in the mini fridge and a snack is provided free of charge. Even though the hotel was initially difficult to find as signs were not prominent, we called the reception to provide directions. Good location for shopping in the .
alle beoordelingen » It's very convenient because its in the happening street. They have 7-11 & mcd & restaurants & shops around the hotel. Althought the room is small but the bed and everything is in new and clean condition! To mrt need about 6-8 mins short walking distance. Overall we have a good stay!. Front desk staff were good and helpful. One of them named Sunny, I am deeply impressed by her. She was so willing to deal on our situation with a nice and helpful attitude. The bathroom and toilet were clean, good. The room is clean and there are some snacks and drinks free for customers inside the room . If you let they clean the room , they will refill that . The staffs are very kind and nice also . Good location and clean. Toilet is big and breakfast is good if you like salad and want to still have vege intake after all the oily and the not so healthy night market food. This hotel enjoys good location in Ximen. The room is small but it is clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and polite especially Front Desk and the maid. The hardness of the mattress is suitable. The material for construction of the building is so good that I totally cannot hear the noisy sound downstairs. staffs were friendly, place was clean and neat, equipments are new. good location for both shopping and food. 10-15 mins walk from metro. good overall. the nicest hotel staff i have ever encountered.the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is new. Breakfast is good. The staff, the location. We booked a triple room but due to a problem with the triple room, we were offered a double room with an addition of a mattress. However, a discount was offered. We did not have much space to walk. There is no lock in the bathroom. The 4ppl room is abit small because no much space for luggages but was in our expectation for boutique style hotel. We were staying in a 3 ppl room. The queen bed was just fine, but the additional bed was terrible. And the pillows were too small and soft for men. The lift and the room is quite small and the toilet inside the room have no lock . Very small room, room for three has no space for luagage at all. The sofa bed for the third person is not comfortable. The room is small and with no closet. If the price can be adjusted downward, that would be excellent. room for 3 was wayyy toooo tinyyy. one of the bed (single bed) was not comfortable at all as it seems like a last minute bed added to a room for two. music plays over speakers in common areas which is a bit loud while trying to sleep at night. slightly costly, further away from Ximen metro, breakfast timings can last slightly longer. a bit of noise in the room form the water, pipes and form bathrooms nearby. A bit too far from the MRT. family room abit small. limited space. The day I checked out I accidentally left my umbrella in the main lobby , I emailed them to put it aside unfortunately it's been 3days already and they haven't replied. Otherwise the hotel is great. none!. noisey. could here people in hallways. Room too small, there is no space for our luggages. Wash Basin is not in bath room but in sleeping room. the room sound filter is very poor. i can hear the sound from outside my room very clear. the water flow sound from the side room can be hear clearly. the room too small. there is no wardrobe and chair. The airport hotel pick up driver arranged by hotel was very shady. He was trying to sell us some souvenir from his friend. We complained to the hotel staffs and they said they will improve the pick up system. A bit of a walk from the Ximen station. Quite a few of their rooms are windowless, and the breakfast cafeteria is underground. No natural light at all.. Room is quite small- main door just brushes the corner of the bed when it swings open. Review the room size and facilities is much expensive than others hotel that located in ximending. The 4bed room was too small. Way too small. I can hardly unpack my things from luggage. The breakfast was average only.
