  Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.   We loved the room and balcony with nice view. The room and bathroom was spacious and very user- friendly combined with excellent design, color and form. Great to have a Nespresso machine in room as well as Ihome system for music. Our room was equipped with canvas bag with towels, bathrobe and slippers and allowed free entry to the spa and gym area... wat mensen zeggen » on the same floor. We loved the spa. We had it all to ourselves on the afternoon we arrived. Great view from sauna and neat little gym. Great to have - the design of overall hotel is brilliant. i stayed there on Thursday and Friday. Every night in the foyer they had a lovely not very loud music - club music. On friday evening there was a table tennis tournament - just brilliant for me as I love table tennis. Room design is great very very cosy. Window had an automated sunblinds, you press the button and in 30 seconds you are in darkness. All light in the room can be turned off using switches next to bed, so don't have to get of the bed to turn - It is chic and fab amidst the west side of city. Maria the receptionist is very great and helpful. Others are also. Hotel locates in the remote area, no shopping center, no super market. But we can take ride on tram in front of the hotel for 10 minutes to city center. Tram no.4 dictates you to city centef and elsewhere of tourist attraction of Zurich, except you wanna expand adventures to urban area. We got the room that did not match the internet photo. We did not make complaint but validated

  Professionele aanpak van het personeel aan de receptie. Goede tips gekregen over wat wel en wat niet te bezoeken. We zijn twee maal uit eten geweest op aanraden van het personeel en dat was telkens uitstekend. De kamers zijn geluidsdicht en ook het bed was van een uitmuntende kwaliteit. Ontbijt tot 13 uur! Kortom: super weekend gehad - Eigenlijk vo... wat mensen zeggen » nd ik alles positief. Het personeel was uitermatevriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik had dan een deluxe kamer geboekt, en wasgewoonweg super! Heerlijke bedden, super schoon, heerlijke douche! Benecht vol lof over dit hotel! Bij mijn eventuele volgende verblijf inZurich, ga ik zeker naar dit hotel terug!
