  In eerste instantie gemaakte fouten werden op een zeer goede manier opgelost. - The location of the hotel is great.You walk one minute and you are at the ski lifts. One more minute and you are at Yves Saint Laurent shop :)). Very close to the train station. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Excellent staff. They help you in every way they can.The rooms ... wat mensen zeggen » are very clean. The rooms get turned down for the evening. Great view from the windows. In short we were very satisfied with the hotel and we got a very good deal at LetsBookHotel.com - The hotel was centrally located in the shopping district and the shuttle came to the train station quickly. We were upgraded to junior suites upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very, very spacious and comfortable. The bar facilaties, as well as breakfast were both wonderful.

  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Cheerful staff checked us in and after hearing that I was celebrating my birthday sent a complementary fruit ... wat mensen zeggen » platter and bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.
