  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... - The... wat mensen zeggen » staff and service were superior. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  Location was perfect with amazing views over the lake yet a very short walk into the town. The room was spacious and the chambermaid service was outstanding. All of the staff were efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a choice of cereals, nuts, fruit - both prepared and natural, y... wat mensen zeggen » oghurts, cooked food and bread. The swimming pool and spa area very relaxing and with the standard of cleanliness you would expect. We would recommend - We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.

The spa facilities were very well-done - With the fresh-wood smell of the sauna and the glass windows so we could see the snow coming down outside, it felt like we were in a wonderful "snow-globe"!   The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly with everything. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants in the main part of town and right on the bus sto... wat mensen zeggen » p which will take you to one of the smaller ski areas. The main train station is 5-10 min walk away and from here it is about half hour into larger t - From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself. The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for. We only wished we were staying longer!

  The owner, Matesis (not sure of spelling) was very warm and freindly, and I enjoyed our chat about cars, and his love of Ford Capris. He and his staff were fantastic, and the Ladina is very comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel, as it is small (I think 10 rooms or so in total), and the staff make you feel at home. Our room had a balcony, and f... wat mensen zeggen » aced the train station...I Love Swiss trains, so watching the trains come & go was very relaxing. Despite being close to the train station, it was - Amazing staff, very clean, great food.
