  My job is mostly travelling so I spent many nights in 5*hotels all around the world. Never ever had such a fabulous experience like this. These guys really don't have a 'No' for an answer.all possible hotel services are available on their ipad app.interior design is just brethtaking.and of course privacy which no hotel can provide you.   The place was spacious enough for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was very clean, neat and stylish. Everything you would need for a stay is in the apartment from a washing detergent for clothes to a 3D flat TV.   We were looking for a place to spend the night enroute to our travel destination. For the price to value ratio, this rooms was perfect. The self-check in instructions was very clear and we had no problems. The whole check in/out process was simple and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for a good nights rest. Very happy with the accommodations. - Lovely room, great location - although it is slightly out of the city centre, very accessible via tram and lots of good restaurants nearby. Walking distance (~30 min) to the center but in quiet residential area with a good transport and shops in vicinity. Not cheap but a good value for the money for a city trip.

The hotel kindly let me use a plug to convert from the U.K. three pins to the Swiss three pins. - The offer that I had was fairly good value. Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer. The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel. Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer. The hotel was quiet. The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly. I would probably stay there again
