Wonderful spacious apartment in a central location with all facilities. The staff was helpful, though prepare to contact them by phone if you arrive late or during weekend. Good value for money.
As we were coming to enjoy the Medieval week we didn't mind the noise. But if you want a quiet place to rest during the night this will probably be too noisy, as there are restaurants downstairs and partying continues late at night. The place was also quite warm, so windows need to be kept open.

Comfortable unit with good cooking facilities. Good location for exploring the town. Welcoming and friendly - we were able to leave our luggage there until our afternoon ferry.

Spacious two-level apartment, has a sauna, right in the centre of the city (which was good on the one hand but very noisy from all the parties around).
The office was closed all the time. Once I managed to catch someone and asked for another key (we had only one for 3 people) and was refused. There was no cattle to make tea. There was very unpleasant smell on the first floor and shower there was shabby with no even shelf to put your soup on. There was no liquid soap there either. There were constantly people from the neighboring restaurant smoking on our doorstep and throwing cigarette butts everywhere.
