The staff was very friendly and helpful, to a larger extent than can be expected from any hotel. At dinner we first sat down outside but then, right after ordering, asked if we could move inside as we thought it to be too cold outdoors. The waiter thought for a moment and then allowed us to go inside. He said that we have to sit in the back (with one table taken in whole restaurant) because "we had sat down outdoors and then we are registered there and then we cannot move". To get bill we had to go to our waiter and ask for it. Food was good, though.
