All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us information about what to see in the city and where to eat. The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody. Very good location that allows us to visit Valencia on foot. Recommendable 100%
The mattress of the bed was a bit hard.
Location was superb. Staff were brilliant, we extended our stay but moved to a bigger apartment managed by the same company. Both were excellent.
Great posistion and very freindly trusting owners, very easy to work with. Great balcony with a quite enviornment while being downtown.
Pay attention to the details, paint and decorations of the apartment. Fridge didnt work that great I think it was on the fritts.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way they could.
The address of our actual apartment was not provided to us (probably as the result of a miscommunication somewhere along the line) before arrival, and as such as ended up walking for 15 minutes in the opposite direction - towards the main offices for the company that manages the apartment! After a few phone calls both we and the member of staff we were talking with realised what had happened and set us in the right direction.
