  Friendly, efficient staff. A pleasantly landscaped site in two halves with a clean, good-sized attractive pool for each half (each has a kiddy pool and shower too). The bungalows are roomy and very clean with plenty of wardrobe space (and hangars). Two comfy twin beds in each of the two bedrooms. The living room is quite roomy with a good sized TV with p - Great location, very close to the beach, the sand dunes, and the shopping centre which the major bus routes pass on. The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little apartment away from home. the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. In our opinion, this hotel would be competitive within... wat mensen zeggen » the 4 star range, but easily beats the others with 3 stars. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

Very close to the yumbo and Monika was lovely. My flight wasn't til late and she let me keep my room all day.

  Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and homely. Location was perfect near the beach and bus station. Bed was comfort. Terrace had nice beautiful back yard.
