  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... wat mensen zeggen » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

  We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her... wat mensen zeggen » e again if we visited playa blanca in the future but would perhaps try August (we stayed in may) with the hope that the pool had warmed up over the su - Location near the ocean, very friendly and very helpful reception, really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In general high value

  The staff at Jardins were fantastic, From our Arrival meeting with Maria right through our holiday all staff were very friendly helpful and always had time to say hello and smile; the staff know how to make you feel welcome. Taking kids to pool great and surprisingly restful no loud music or crazy entertainment by the pool - The apartments of Jardines del Sol are clean, comfortable and a great size for small or large groups. It's perfect for self-catering - they provide pots, plates, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, blender, utensils etc (and there was enough free bottled water, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk for the first day or so) but they also have a small restaurant. One of the staff provided lots of info on places to visit and restaurants to try. The design is such that even when sitting outside, it is

  We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested.   Ideal location -- away from tourist cohorts, very near beautiful beach in national reserve, on pedestrian path making you forget cars, beautiful view on islands, very quiet. Relatively small-sized hotel (max 3 floors per building), family athmosphere. Beautiful (heated) pool. Friendly personnel. Reasonably good food, selection renewed every day. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
