The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs. Great Location; Near the metro and other main streets but at the same time quite and off to the side.
climatization in-room is preset, so room is cold at night wintertime.
I like the location, the decoration of the room, the staff, my room was always cleaned. Great stay thank you
It was relatively close to the main street. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable.
No tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. It's located on a poorly lit street at night.
staff very helpful and friendly comfortable bed and big shower good lighting facilities . Parking good. Hotel clean and tidy . Metro not far. Breakfast excellent
wifi not included in room hoped for a better lounge facility as would have spent more time in bar. No tea/coffee facility in room facility to change TV language to English on films originally produced in English in active. Not had that in other hotels in Spain
New, comfortable hotel, very amicable staff. Hotel is highly recommended.
little cold in room...
Everything about the stay, the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The facilities were to a very high standard
could not get english tv but it did not spoil the vacation
The staff were very helpful and friendly
The breakfast was rubbish. Showed a full cooked English at reception and numerous places throughout the hotel, but we only got microwaved scrambled eggs and bacon. I think a proper cooked English breakfast should be offered for a bit more money.
Price, faculities,staff
Location
The breakfast, the cleanness, the bar,
There is no place to leave your luggage if you arrive earlier or leave later
The cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff
The late check in at 3pm when we arrived in Madrid at 6am
New, modern, good equipped hotel, 24h services
Everything
It is close to the metro station Ciudad Lineal and there are a lot of shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and they have nice meal options at the bar/restaurant
Free wi-fi is only available at the public area. To get Internet at your room, you must pay a fee.
Value for momey. Clean ,confortable
Parking in business hour.
Nice and new hotel not far from metro stations. Good choice for not so much money
Polite and very helpful staff. Good equipped clean room. New furniture. Modern design. Elevator. Hair-dryer and iron are available at the reception. Breakfast. Price.
Every sound from the corridor is heard in the room due to thin walls.
Travelodge Madrid offers a very clean, quiet and spacious room at an excellent price. Along with easy access to the subway.
A little further away from downtown and the parking (if not found on the street) is pretty expensive.
Super friendly staff, speak in english, french. Try to help anytime. Clean and new. I prefer to take the bus in any City, much easier with a trolley and senior people. The bus # 38 goes from Ciudad Lineal (15 min walking) to the center
Is not so close to the Metro specially for people with trolley as me and senior people like my mother, is about 4 blocks of the Metro Station of Ciudad Lineal, going up. If you are looking for a centric place in Madrid this is not the right place, but is a good one
great value for money. staff very friendly. Nice and modern rooms. Incl. Aircondition.
No safe available.
price, new, clean
room very small, no dresser, hair dryer, and other small amenities
I stayed only one night, it is economic and you can find something to eat downstairs even late in the night which is a little bit a problem in this area. Close to Ciudad Lineal metro station.
staff, design
wifi is not free in rooms
Value for money is excellent
Pay for wifi
Price vs. Quality is impressive.
Otel was just newly opened few days ago when I stayed. So staff was very slow at checkin I assume due to lack of experience. Also WiFi was not operational yet.
It is a brand new Hotel, with clean rooms and all the basic luxury you need during a short city trip. Close to the metro station to start exploring Madrid.
Because it was a new hotel, the free wifi access points were not yet available. They need to practice on baking their sandwiches, some of them were really hard to eat.
the girl on reception was very helpful. I think her name was Isabella
The breakfast was a joke. It said it was available from 7am and as we had a long journey planned we were there at that time. Unfortunately the girl running the kitchen did not turn up until 7.The items served bore no resemblance to that shown on your menu. We had to wait until 7.20 for our scrambled eggs and when we left at 7.45 there was still no bacon!!!.Overall a very bad show and not what we would expect fron Travelodge in England
New not too expensive,,
No telephone in room no wi fi no wakeup call no soap, less towels poor security charged 5 euros more on second day of stay no communication facilities
