  We stayed one night at the Plaza Mayor and wished our stay in Madrid was longer. The hotel is an old traditional building with charming features. Our room was a good size with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. and everything was spotlessly clean. It was so close to the wonderful Plaza too and near many good restaurants. We took the... wat mensen zeggen » tour buses which were a great way of seeing Madrid in comfort. Oh and the breakfast was superb! Thank you! - The location is perfect (close to main squares and public transportation). Staff is very friendly. Rooms are always clean. Single rooms are very small but if you are looking for just place to sleep, perfect for money vs. quality,service,comfort and location. Easy transportation possibilities from the airport (one bus and 4 metro stops).

  Everything! The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ioana:) She hepled me a lot. I even got a gift from the hotel! So sweet! The hotel is located in the heart of city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. Rooms are not big but very comfortable, I got a balcony with my room. I like the art work they did to the towe... wat mensen zeggen » ls, amazing lol. I would book this hotel again if I travel to Madrid in the future. I had a really great time in Madrid. - It was an amazing hostel. The centric location, it is connected to all public transportations. The best thing is all the beautiful spots can be visited by walking. All my basic needs were catered. The room is clean with comfortable bed. The staffs are willing to extend there help. I really appreciate the kindness and the excellent service you have extended guys! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family member. Hope to see you next year!

  Kamers waren nog niet klaar, toen we er in konden waren de koffers al naar onze kamers gebracht. Vriendelijk personeel en alles lekker schoon! - Ik kan me geen betere lokatie in centrum Madrid voorstellen. De kamer was klein, maar alles zat er op en er aan en het was heel proper.
