  Had a great stay at these apartments, reasonably basic inside but everything you need for a comfortable break. The location was good, roughly a 15-20min walk to the Las Ramblas, 5 mins away from the underground and a few mins away from one of the stops on the blue bus tour route. If you want to eat out try Morryssom which is a small tapas bar only... wat mensen zeggen » a few hundred meters away (right as you come out of the apartment door) , excellent food and very reasonable; there were 7 of us and we kept odering - Perfect location, short distance to the metro stations, plenty of restaurants and grocery shops around. Good equipped kitchen, clean. Not much noise from the street. Wifi, Real Spanish flat experience. Self check- in went really smooth. We stayed in apt 1a, first floor, 2 bed apartment, Very comfortable for two adults (double bed) and two kids (2 single beds), if more people staying in, there was a sofa bed also...

  I liked this residence very much. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, pleasant atmosphere. The residence is located in a beautiful historic house. The walk to the Sagrada Familia takes about 12 minutes. I especially liked the owner of the hotel, her name is Imma. She is great, she is very interesting person and helpful. The owner went out of her way to assist me with bus locations Tour information, shops, etc. Location was great, room comfortable,larg, plenty cupboard space, and the 4 apartments had 4 bathrooms located just a few feet from the rooms, large user friendly kitchen, and lounge room with open balcony. Security was good, a lift took you to the floors. clean, fresh,and historically lovely apartment, I would return to stay again should I visit Barcelona

  I forgot to put what time we would be arriving and didn't know the dialing code but the man in the fast food shop let us use his phone and someone arrived with the keys in 10mins, on booking it says a single double room but it had two bedrooms one with a double and a sofa and one with two singles. You do need to arrange a specific time for arrival/departure as it is an apartment - so no reception services.
