  The staff was extra polite, very helpful and nice. Internet was ok (maybe it should be a little bit faster). Breakfast is average, nothing special. Beds confortable, the hotel is small, but this is not an destiantion where guests stay in rooms. Location is excelent, we didnt need to use metro. we used taxi a few times (it is cheap) because we were... wat mensen zeggen » too tired for walking. For the price that we payed (150 euros for 3 days) i am more than happy and would recomend to everyone and would return. I hav - Close to the city centre with good public transport possibilities. Staff was very helpful, fluently speaking English. Room was clean and good value for money. TV with HD channels were perfect.

  We enjoyed our stay in Madrid! The room was very nice, clean and decorated with a lot of love. It was in the city center and all sights are in walking distance. The personal was very friendly and warm-hearted. We felt welcome and would recommend the hostal. :-) - Everything was excellent!   We made a booking for 2 nights and got a good room that was to the inside of building. There were 2 head boards, which showed that the 3rd bed was just makeshift. But we had adequate space and ample light, so I'm not complaining. A no-fuss checkin and checkout. That the bell was answered immediately (whenever we d - This is rather a 3 star hotel not just a hostel - the rooms are small but are really cosy and comfortable; the furniture is new and there is enough place to put all your the baggage; it was extremely clean (we had our room cleaned every day); there`s free wi-fi which is fast; the personal speaks English which is quite an advantage in Spain; location - perfect - 2 mins to Gran Via and not more than 20 mins to Puerta del Sol and at the same time it was not noisy at all.

  This hostel is a family owned small hotel. But they hire 2 employees who cam speak good english, and very kind and helpful to guest. The location of the hotel is great. In walking distance to most sightseing place. And very near by to metro. And nearby the hotel, there is a good restaurant, serving from breakfirst to dinner. But is close to Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am

  We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment. It was quiet and dark.... wat mensen zeggen » The living room had a balcony that overlooked a local neighborhood plaza. It was close and convenient to hang out there for a coffee or drink. The - Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.
