The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, convenient to tour bus, shopping, sightseeing, groery stores.The price is reasonable for family with kids.   Absolutely loved everything about this place. On arrival the staff were incredibly helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious for 5 of us, and of a high standard. We're approximately 10 metres from The main square and from the main night club where we spent our time! We were in the duplex apartment; great value for money and a perfect bolt-hole for my sister and I right in the middle of Madrid. Didn't even mind the five flights of stairs!

  Er stond iedere dag een ontbijtje klaar en er werden hiervoor geen kosten in rekening gebracht. Locatie van het hotel was prima. En de kamers werden keurig schoon gehouden. - Koelkastje en waterkoker op de kamer, zodat je zelf koffie/thee kon zetten. Erg fijn dat er elke dag toast, jam, smeerkaas, yoghurtje etc. op de kamer werd gezet.

  The staff were super friendly. I had an issue with the noise in my first room and they were more than happy to move me around and were very apologetic. They have free churros and chocolate in the morning, tea, coffee etc. They made free Paella on the Sunday night and free sangria on the Monday night. They organise pub and walking tours. I was surprised by how clean it was - it seemed that the bathrooms were constantly being touched up - The staff was 5* the room very good and clean, computers to use any time you want, kitchen as well. They organize group things every night which is good to get know every one.. Loved it and recommend it! :) and about some prior comment's they now have light's on the bed and the door's they can only be open with the key from the outside of the room.. Means they read the comment's and pay attention to that!! Eheh Very Well Done Guys!!
