  We had a wonderful stay at the Cien Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Barcelona. The location was great... Just two blocks away from the boutiques and nightlife of Passeig de Gracia - wow! From the Airbus stop in Plaza Catalunya we had to walk only 5-7 min. Very convenient indeed. The receptionist was soo friendly and help... wat mensen zeggen » ful too. The service was very personalized and attentive during the entire stay. We learned that the hotel has only 8 rooms, which probably explains w - We LOVED Cien! The room was very cozy and chic. The shower was huge. The terrace was great. The AC worked wonderfully. The wi-fi signal was super strong. The TV in the room had some english channels, and there were more on later at night. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast area and private terrace was also very nice. It is in an awesome location. There are nice places to shop and eat very close by. There are three bars/restaurants right across the street and it seemed that at least one

  We booked the hotel just for 1 day but eventually decided to extend our stay at Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and approachable. Staff is very helpful in guiding your way through the city and introducing you to all the activities. Plus they speak very good English. They allowed us to check in 4 hours before the scheduled time, thats wonder... wat mensen zeggen » ful !!! Highly recommended, Value for money and loacted perfectly near the beach...... Definately my preference for my further visits to Barcelona. - Location is great! Not exactly a sea view but no problem. Very close to the beach and a few minutes to the metro station.The manager and his assistant were very helpful and friendly. The room for 6 is as advertised, small but comfortable enough. Adequate kitchen equipment. A quiet street, though other people staying there can get loud. Would recommend.

  Very friendly staff and clean room. (We had the room with bathroom included) - About 10mins walk from the Catalunya Plaza, near to the airport bus statation. This hostel is in a residential building without any big sight on outside the building, so you may easily miss it. The inner deco is very traditional and beautiful, high ceiling, spacious bal... wat mensen zeggen » cony, colorful glass window with Japanness style prints. This price including breakfast is really worth it. Luggage can be kept in the hostel after check-out at EUR2/day adds the convinience to us. PS:We arrived the hostel even - The Hostel is really great. It's located in the city centre close to Placa Catalunya. The nearest metro station is only 50 metres away! Stuff was very friendly always willing to help. There was no problem with printing some tickets or with leaving our bags for 8 hours after the check out as we had late evening flight. Overall i would highly recommened this place especially that room with private patio.

  Room was excellent, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. The food was wonderful. We were served by a young lady who appeared to be new. I think her name was Alexandra? It may have been spelt differently . She was enthusiastic and smiled a lot. Her attitude was a feature of our evening. The proximity to the city was a feature of hotel and the swimming pool was a - The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.
