  The room was small (perfect for a young couple) but everything seemed new and very clean. We had a small balcony off our room which was lovely and let lots of sunlight in. I was impressed by the quality for how much we paid. Great location for tourist attractions and just for wandering. Convenient underground parking garages close by. - There was... wat mensen zeggen » almost always someone at the desk, and both of them were helpful with any questions about the city. It really was a cleanly and simple place and just off the main road to avoid noise, but quickly access where we needed to go.

  Its in a great location next to the metro and a few minutes walk from the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfy. The staff are friendly on the phone, although you dont usually meet them as the keys are left in a safe box. - It was very clean and very close to buses, metro, trains and the beach.

  The location is ideal for a beach holiday. View from a dining room is wonderfull, you may watch the sunrise every morning. Personnel is very friendly. There is a good supermarket around the corner and a cafe in the hostel with cheap paella. Everything you need is so close. That's really nice! - It is really nice hostel...   Location was fantastic, read alot of poor reviews before visiting Sant Carlo but it was perfectly fine. My partner and I had a double room with our own bathroom. Wasn't huge but had shower, sink and loo. Flat screen TV on wall, stand up fan provided. Was able to use hostel facilities after checking out, shower etc. Friendly staff that speak good E... wat mensen zeggen » nglish and are helpful. The Hostel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment block, easy to find, buzzer at main door. If you're not looking for 5 star luxu - Excellent location, everything is near!!! welcoming guys from reception!

  We arrived after reception had closed but found the instructions, received by email ,very easy to follow so had no problem entering the apartment. The moment we stepped through the door we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the the accommodation.We found the area around the apartment had plenty of friendly local bars and cafes and we... wat mensen zeggen » enjoyed a few nights sampling there cocktails and other beverages. A short walk gets you to the nearest metro station which is Urgell and from there - The reception staff were exceptional in their help and efficiency. Overall the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment was the best I have stayed in to date in Barcelona (and I have stayed in approximately 8 other apartments in the city). Location wise this was perfect, not noisy and convenient for many of the attractions if that is what people require. However, the plethora of nearby drinking and eating establishments will keep the weary traveller fed and watered from a limited budget t
